We had a true blue norther blow in and it is below freezing and ice is covering everything! It was beginning to snow as we did evening chores. Thankful that all critters were well, had plenty of feed, and protection from the weather. Thankful for a warm fire in the house, and thankful for all the many blessings I have.
I will continue this photo journey another year, but I will be posting on a new blog.
The evening after my birthday party, we received word that my brother had passed away. The past three days have been spent making arrangements to travel from Central Texas to Southern Wyoming.
What a special day! My Birthday was Wednesday and friends and family called, visited, and made their best wishes known. Had no idea they had a party planned for later (today!). It was a big surprise! All the kids (except one who was injured), all the grandkids, and many friends attended! I was so blessed!!
Loved these cookies! They are so me!! My age!! Border Collies!! And Star Quilt Blocks!!
“Grands” stockings hung with care - they don’t fit on the mantle!! So the stair railing works! There is room for more!! #7 will be added next year! Our newest will arrive in March! Time to get cracking on the baby quilt!
Wow, again I have fallen behind! Not sure where the days go! Sunsets, sunrises, grands, Quilts, Autumn foliage, Thanksgiving, injured ewe and other asundry things have filled my time!
